General policies
- We rent cabs to drivers on weekly or monthly basis and we strive to keep drivers on “their” cab as much as possible; We welcome double-teams on any of our cabs
- We maintain spare cabs to ensure our drivers can always go to work if their cab is having some repairs or overhaul done
- We have a standing arrangement with a breakdown service run by a cab mechanic specialist so wherever possible the call-out can correct the problem without need to tow to garage; We can also add AA or other cover, if a driver wants it
- We ask for prompt payment and can accept payment in cash or by cheque or credit card at garage(s) or at any HSBC branch or even by credit card over the phone
- We ask for a hire agreement to be signed ( Click here to download a copy of the hire agreement ) not least so we can pass on PCNs and other similar notices to the relevant driver(s) who can then pay or challenge them as they see fit
- We have cabs with and without advertising and we do not insist on adverts on the cabs if you want a cab without it; Where we do have adverts, we seek to minimize any changeover of ads and to generate promotional work and earnings for the drivers involved if they want it
- We have introductory offers for new drivers, including for recent knowledge graduates ranging from
- I n case of accidents, we request drivers to fill an accident report form which can be downloaded from our secure site ( Click here to download ); In case of drivers or passengers suffering personal injury, we refer them to specialist personal injury solicitors so they can pursue their claims from the relevant third parties involved
- We are prepared to buy cabs and provide the same or different cab for rent
